This balanced itinerary fosters a deep connection between body and mind. Through yoga stretching exercises, Vipassana-style sound healing meditation, and the rhythmic flow of Nadis, you’ll cultivate self-awareness and inner harmony.

The journey begins with an hour of self-awareness practices, guiding you to connect with and heal your body. This is followed by a full-body lymphatic drainage massage, promoting purification, detoxification, and enhanced circulation of blood and lymph fluid. Finally, the experience concludes with a nourishing reset—rebalancing intestinal probiotic flora through a healthy meal of organic vegetables, active herbs, and spices, supporting digestion and overall well-being.
Choice of Programs

Our yoga program will focus on three key steps: breathing, body alignment, and meditation, using the body's own strength to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Emphasis will be placed on entering the realm of Vipassana meditation through breathwork and proper stretching.

Sound Healing Meditation
Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl. This sound healing bowl creates waves of vibration designed to align your energy chakra points and creates a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness.

2 Course Tula Meal & Rebalancing Drink
A nutritious and healthy two-course meal that quickly rejuvenates the body and promotes a harmonious intestinal flora and balances electrolytes in the body’s cells.

This is a beautiful mind-body-spirit coordination class based on ancient Ayurvedic body control techniques. Through gentle focus and conscious movements, we can begin to awaken and energize our "nadi", the energetic channels that run throughout the body, similar to the meridians in traditional Chinese medicine.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Using gentle and rhythmic lymphatic massage techniques, this treatment effectively stimulates the lymphatic system, encouraging the elimination of toxins and to increase blood circulation.
