
TULA EXPERIENCE JOURNEY
The TULA experience is a thoughtfully curated 3-Day 2-Night retreat designed to restore balance and purify the body and mind.
Carefully arranged by the TULA team, the program includes two mindful body exercises and two aromatherapy treatments enhanced with an Ayurvedic herbal ritual. Guests enjoy nutritious and healthy lunches and dinners that promote rejuvenation, along with other exquisite wellness experiences. This immersive retreat offers a light yet deeply enriching journey, leaving participants feeling refreshed, revitalized, and restored.
Day 1
Arriving and Grounding
The first day is designed to ease you into the anti-stress retreat experience. After a warm welcome and airport pickup, guests begin with a Wellness Master Consultation to personalize their journey and set intentions for stress relief. The day continues with a 90-minute Holistic Signature Massage to release initial tension, followed by a nourishing dinner at the serene Bamboo Restaurant—offering a peaceful start to the de-stress retreat.
Day 2
Releasing Stress
Day two of our retreat in Bali focuses on release and restoration. After breakfast, guests undergo a Healy Information Field Analysis to explore subtle energy balancing.

The morning continues with Nadis Flow, a mindful movement class that harmonizes body and spirit. Following a healthy lunch, guests participate in the Emotional Body Map Workshop to deepen self-awareness and cultivate balance. The day concludes with a rejuvenating organic facial and a relaxing dinner, ensuring a restful and restorative experience.
Day 3
Reflecting and Transitioning
The final day supports a smooth transition back to daily life with newfound balance. After breakfast, a departure consultation offers space for reflection and personalized wellness advice. The retreat concludes with an airport transfer, leaving guests feeling refreshed, empowered, and equipped with tools to manage stress with greater resilience.
